Jo-An Gladstone, Founder and President
In 1984, Jo-An started SELECTSTAFF® with the goal of establishing a different type of staffing service that could provide volume without compromising quality and customer service. Jo-An is a dedicated member of the community and generously gives her time to a variety of organizations and boards.
She currently is vice chair of the Women's Leadership Council of the Tri-county United Way and serves as board member of the Massachusetts Staffing Association. Jo-An is past chair of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce and United Way of MetroWest, and is a past trustee and overseer of the Danforth Museum. She was the first recipient of the Athena Award in the region, which recognizes individuals who support women's professional development. Jo-An is also involved with the MetroWest Alliance for Workforce Diversity.
